A pink variegated form of Phyllanthus Urinaria, a tropical species native to Asia now found across warm regions worldwide. The plant produces fine, layered foliage along its stems, giving it a delicate, fern like appearance. In this variegated form, the leaves display a mix of soft pink, cream, and green tones. Each stem and leaf can vary in the amount and intensity of colour.
This is a nyctinastic species, meaning its leaves fold closed at night and reopen in the morning in response to a circadian rhythm. This is normal behaviour and not a sign of stress.
The variegation is not always fully stable and can be influenced by light and growing conditions. Provide bright, indirect light and allow the top layer of soil to begin drying slightly between waterings. Avoid waterlogging. Warm temperatures and moderate to high humidity will support healthy growth.
Please be aware that minor cosmetic imperfections such as small marks or transit stress are unavoidable with live plants. The exact plant shown in the individual listing photos is the one you will receive. The main photo showing the mature form is for reference only and is not the plant for sale.
