Alocasia longiloba is a tropical aroid native to Southeast Asia, recognised for its elongated, arrow shaped leaves. The Lemon variegated form displays irregular splashes of lemon yellow and soft green across the foliage, with each leaf producing a unique pattern. This plant has been grown from a corm produced by the mother plant shown.
It thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers warm conditions with humidity ideally between 60% and 80%. Avoid direct sunlight, as the variegated portions of the leaves are particularly sensitive to scorching. Semi hydroponics is the recommended growing method for best results, with a well draining aroid mix as a suitable alternative. Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser at half strength every two to four weeks during the growing season, and reduce feeding over autumn and winter.
Please note this plant is toxic if ingested. Keep away from children and pets.
The main photo shows the mother plant and is not for sale. The exact plant you will receive is the one shown in the photo after you select your chosen variant. Please be aware that minor leaf damage, marks or imperfections are unavoidable with live plants and should be expected.
